Love the wineries of Ste. Genevieve. Just wish sometimes they weren't so spread apart. Of course, taking a wrong turn and getting lost for miles and miles tends to make them seem even further apart.

Any which way we go, I still love the wineries of Ste. Genevieve.

My grandson loves trains!

I guess all little boys love trains. Jude is certainly craaaaazy about them. Thanks to Danielle (and her handy dandy assistant Jake), Jude not only got to ride a train at his 3rd birthday party...he also got to be the Conductor! :-)

Three years ago today I became a grandma. I never could have imagined what joy a little bundle of boy would bring. From the moment Jude entered this world he's brought nothing but love, joy, and happiness to everyone around him.We're so blessed to have him in our life.

Rainy day on Hidden Lake

mini reunion in Vegas

hot hot hot...that's Las Vegas in July. It's a different kind of hot, not muggy hot like home, but extreme dry hot, the kind of hot that makes you feel as if you're in a desert (which you are). This was my first time to Vegas. Mandy, Emily and I made the trip to visit Nadereh (their Aunt and my once sister-in-law). It had been 23 years since I'd last seen her and still today she is the warm, loving, caring person I remembered her to be. We girls had a great time and I can't wait to see her again. Love you Nadereh!
